The vegan & natural formula is smudge & water-resistant and dries down to a perfect matte finish. Unlike synthetic eyeliners, this product takes a second to dry and is not waterproof. It should be allowed to set to avoid smudging.

Directions:

Using applicator, apply liner starting at the inner corner and glide along lash line. Allow to fully dry (a few seconds) before applying a second layer.
