Morning Dove is a soft dusty blue with a slight shimmer and light gray undertones.

 It goes on semi sheer with a grayish hue, when applied dry.  When applied wet, it has a nice powder blue shimmer to it and is full coverage.

This is a great eye shadow, liner, or accent color.  Complimentary to most eye colors.
