Deep Plum is as royally purple as the lustrous skin of its namesake.  Royal, dense and dark with a subtle sheen, this makes a fantastic eye liner particularly for those with hazel, green or brown eyes.

It also serves as a fantastic accent color for dramatic smoky eye applications.  For such an intense color it has the surprising ability to attain semi-sheer coverage with a dry brush application.  Full coverage can easily be obtained with both the dry and foiled (wet) applications.
